AIPC Pandora’s Summer Teen Program “International and Solidarity Summer” is a 21-day long group program for teenagers from 13 up to 18 years old. This International Experiential Educational program is based on the global service learning methodology that through cultural, linguistic and educational immersion creates a platform for intercultural exchange and experiential learning.
AIPC Pandora’s goal is to provide life-changing experiences that will cultivate a global perspective and an open mind in students, so this will ultimately inspire them to become leaders and global thinkers and seek positive change in their own communities and worldwide.
The program includes a pre-departure training, orientation upon arrival and a stay at local families and/or at a residence for volunteers. They will participate in volunteering projects and take part in cultural activities. The group is accompanied by young, bilingual and experienced group leaders who guide and ensure the well-being of the volunteers throughout their stay.
The destinations included in International and Solidarity Summer 2019 are USA, Morocco, South Africa, Tanzania, India Mysore, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Bhutan, Thailand, Indonesia, Cambodia, Germany, Laos.
